How do I log-in to the borrower portal?

If you are a first time customer, you will receive an email with a temporary password shortly after your order is placed. The email will contain the email address your account is registered with, a temporary password and a link to sign in. The temporary password expires after 5 days. If you have lost your Welcome Email with the temporary password please reach out to our customer service team, they will have a new temporary password email sent.

Steps to set up account:

  1. Open the Welcome email from Eco Financing
  2. Click Go to Sign In button within the email, you will be redirected to the borrower portal
  3. Enter the temporary password
  4. Next you will prompt you to create a new password
  5. You are redirected to the log-in screen, use your new log-in credentials to log in
  6. From the home screen you can manage your loan accounts
    1. From your account you can manage your account, view documents, manage auto-pay and make payments

Steps for existing customer account access:

  1. Go to ecofinancing.com
  2. Click on the dropdown menu in the top right corner
  3. Click log on *will need to be updated once it is added to the website
  4. Enter your log-in credentials created when you first set up your account
  5. Click Sign In
  6. You will redirected to the borrower portal home screen, your new loan will be under Accounts
  7. From your account you can manage your account, view documents, manage auto-pay and make payments
