If you are a first time customer, you will receive an email with a temporary password shortly after your order is placed. The email will contain the email address your account is registered with, a temporary password and a link to sign in. The temporary password expires after 5 days. If you have lost your Welcome Email with the temporary password please reach out to our customer service team, they will have a new temporary password email sent.
Steps to set up account:
- Open the Welcome email from Eco Financing
- Click Go to Sign In button within the email, you will be redirected to the borrower portal
- Enter the temporary password
- Next you will prompt you to create a new password
- You are redirected to the log-in screen, use your new log-in credentials to log in
- From the home screen you can manage your loan accounts
- From your account you can manage your account, view documents, manage auto-pay and make payments
Steps for existing customer account access:
- Go to ecofinancing.com
- Click on the dropdown menu in the top right corner
- Click log on *will need to be updated once it is added to the website
- Enter your log-in credentials created when you first set up your account
- Click Sign In
- You will redirected to the borrower portal home screen, your new loan will be under Accounts
- From your account you can manage your account, view documents, manage auto-pay and make payments
