How do I reset my password?

If you need to reset your password please follow the instructions below.

Steps to reset your password:


  1. Navigate to the borrower portal log-in page 
  2. Click the forgot password button 
  3. Enter your email address used for your borrower portal account. 
  4. Click submit, an email with a password reset code will be sent to the provided email address if you have an account with that email
  5. Enter the password reset code   
  6. Create a new password
  7. Log-in using your new password
