Steps to update personal information:
- Navigate to the borrower portal
- Log-in
- Once on the dashboard, locate the person icon in the top right hand corner
- Click My Profile
- Click the Edit button
- Update your information
- Click Submit
Your email, first and last name cannot be updated within the borrower portal.
To change your name, please email support@ecofinancing.com with the details of your request along with a copy of the appropriate legal documentation which has your updated name. For name change due to marriage, a copy of the marriage certificate is preferred. In case of divorce, a copy of the divorce decree is preferred. However, a copy of a driver’s license or social security card reflecting the change is acceptable in both cases.
